Courageous Consulting was founded by Julian Humphreys PhD in 2018.

Dr Humphreys is an award-winning qualitative researcher and an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach. With over 15 years helping senior leaders achieve their full potential he has worked across industries, including technology, finance, professional services, and government.

Dr. Humphreys has a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation, which he leverages to help his clients develop the skills and insights they need to become more effective leaders.
